Thank you for your recent purchase with Jerica Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. At Jerica Jewelry, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. Before any item(s) are dispatched, they undergo a thorough Quality Control (QC) process to ensure they meet our stringent standards.

However, we deeply apologize if you received:

• damaged or defective item(s)
• wrong item(s)

In the case of damaged or defective item(s) and wrong item(s), please email our Customer Care team, and you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it; thereafter, returns will not be entertained. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly provide us with the tracking number once you have initiated the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damaged or defective item(s) and wrong item(s).

 

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a voucher will be emailed to you within 14 days. Refunds will be in voucher form; strictly no cash.

No return, exchange, or refunds will be entertained for the following:

• Earrings due to hygiene reasons, except for damaged/defective ones.
• Promotional/Sales/Clearance/Discounted item(s).
• Change of mind.
• Dissatisfaction with the item.
• Some materials, such as 925 silver earring needles, are very soft and easy to deform. If bent, please adjust them gently and restore them to their original shape.
• Any other reason not explicitly covered by a separate agreement.

Jerica Jewelry reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
